This patch includes the runtime DLL, and updates it to RGSS104E.
The RPG Maker XP RTP is still required to play the game. To download, visit https://www.rpgmakerweb.com/run-time-package and select RPG Maker XP.
I'm working on a patch that includes the RTP with the game.
